The Initial Interface
Interested parties can contact us by email or phone and speak to our customer representative. One can also fill in a Quote Request Form.

How the Work flows
Subsequently through a meeting the client can enlist specific requirements and we can assess needs, thus chalking out a work sheet for all the client’s necessities.

The Price that matters?
As per the client’s specifics, we will work out a quotation with in the next few working days. Rest assured ‘exotic’ does not always mean ‘expensive’!

The Final Nod
With the approval of the quote, both parties duly sign a specific work contract (terms, conditions, commitment & other project logistics accepted by both parties) before the actual undertaking of the project.

Data Assembly
All relevant and necessary literature, information, preferences and facts will be collected from the client. If data does not exist, we can analyze the business and create the company’s literature. Data is extremely crucial in order that the project reaches a more than satisfactory level for both parties.

We think, you benefit!
Based on a brief from the client’s end (as in stage 5), we will create and design a variety of concepts from which the client can decide which fits their shoe the best. Having opted for their preference, the concept will be tweaked and fine-tuned for the client’s final go-ahead.

Structure & Development
The basic project will begin to take form at this stage. A skeletal framework and databank are set in order and they form the foundation on which detailing begins.

Bigger, Higher, Taller
The project reaches a stage where it expands and begins to take note of the minutiae. The beauty of the Orchid lies in its details. One can expect work to be about 70% complete at this point. Customer inputs and alterations are radically significant in order for the undertaking to take its final shape.

Check 1, 2, and 3.
Before finalizing the work, the project will undergo stringent quality control checks and rigorous testing. It is ensured that the work is fool proof and conclusive. The work has to be Orchid standards!

Going Live
This is the client’s BIG moment as well as ours. The project / corporate film will be launched in the market and will go live to the public.

Search Engine Submission & Promotion
With a final review and ‘thumbs-up’, projects like web sites will be uploaded and submitted to major search engines and monitor results.

Maintenance
Having completed the undertaking, we then pass on to the maintenance phase. Here, we can either hand over the task to the client or we can manage the upgrading and maintaining system for the client ourselves. We are as good at keeping our scent, as we are at making it!

Reporting & Results
The client will be regularly updated with vital information and statistics. Feedback will be taken and passed on to the client. Comparative results will be drawn, analyzed and passed onto the client to help the party optimize on business.
